"I used Sagrero Tree Service back in 2004 to trim the huge oak tree in my back yard. They did a great job. Very efficient and cleaned up the mess nicely for a reasonable fee. Well, the tree has grown so much in 9 years and so I called Efrain again for a quote. One thing I like about him is that he answers his phone. I called 2 other companies before remembering to call Sagrero. The other 2 companies I had to leave a message and they didn't return my call until later that evening. So when I called Efrain, he was able to come for an estimate the same day.

He doesn't toy with you by giving a high price and then pretending to give you a great deal with a discount. His estimate was the same as it was back in 2004. So obviously I chose to use them and was not disappointed. They came at 8:00am as promised on the job date. Crew was 4 guys including Efrain. Efrain himself climbed up the massive oak tree to cut the branches along with another guy. They cut exactly how I wanted and even did some extra work for me without extra charge. All in all, I'm extremely happy with Efrain and his company. He's a very nice gentleman and also very honest. I'd use him again in a heartbeat."
